In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction. If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.

While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk.

Amor App Safety and Anti-Harassment Policy
1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment:
Amor app has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, threats, stalking, bullying, or any form of unwanted behaviour that makes members feel unsafe.
2. Reporting Mechanism:
Users can report harassment or any safety concerns through the app’s reporting feature. Reports can be made anonymously to ensure the safety of the reporting individual, at events, or emailed in.
3. Immediate Action:
Upon receiving a report, our team will conduct a thorough investigation. During the investigation, the reported user may have their account temporarily suspended to prevent further incidents.
4. Investigation Process:
Our team will review all available evidence, including chat logs, user reports, and any other relevant information. We aim to complete investigations within 48 hours of receiving a report.
5. Consequences for Violations:
If a user is found to have violated our safety and anti-harassment policy, they will face appropriate actions, which may include:
Warning: For minor violations, a warning may be issued.
Temporary Suspension: For more serious or repeated violations, the user’s account will be temporarily suspended.
Permanent Ban: For severe or repeated violations, the user’s account will be permanently banned from the Amor app.
6. Appeals Process:
Users who believe they have been unfairly treated can appeal the decision by contacting our support team. Appeals will be reviewed by a different member of the team to ensure impartiality.
7. Education and Awareness:
We are committed to educating our users about the importance of respectful behaviour. Regular updates and reminders about our safety policies will be shared with the Amor app community.
8. Confidentiality:
All reports and investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality. The identity of the reporting user will not be disclosed to the reported user or any other third parties.
9. Community Support:
We encourage users to support one another and to report any behavior that makes them or others feel unsafe. By working together, we can maintain a safe and respectful community on the Amor app.
10. Policy Updates:
This policy will be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure it remains effective and relevant. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the policy.
